Your first visit to Orélia Spa
A first spa visit often starts with a few simple questions. Do you need to be a hotel guest? How is your appointment confirmed? What should you bring? Here are the practical details for planning your time at Orélia in Guéliz, Marrakech.
A spa that welcomes everyone
Orélia is located within Stars Hotel, but you do not need to stay there to book. Marrakech residents, day visitors and guests staying at other hotels are welcome.
The spa is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm, on the corner of Rue Sebou and Rue Ouadi Naffis in Guéliz. Check our address and location map before setting off so you can plan your journey.
How your booking is confirmed
- Choose your treatment and preferred appointment in the online booking window.
- Our team checks availability and approves the time.
- You are then invited to pay a 20% deposit to confirm the booking.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Contact our team if your plans change. If you arrive late, your treatment is shortened to respect the next appointment; the full duration may be maintained if no guest is booked after you.
What is provided for your treatment
A bathrobe, towel and slippers are provided for your treatment. You do not need to bring any special items. Above all, plan to arrive on time and avoid squeezing another visit in just before your appointment.
Payment at the spa is in cash. If you would like to come together, mention this when making your request: arrangements depend on availability. Find more answers in our practical information and FAQ.
Visiting with a gift card?
The process is different: contact the spa directly by WhatsApp or email with your gift code to arrange an appointment. No further deposit is required for the gifted ritual that has already been paid for.
Orélia gift cards are valid for 6 months and for single use. To give one, choose the ritual you would like to offer, then contact our team on WhatsApp for help with the purchase and card delivery.
