What can you do in Guéliz, Marrakech?

Start by exploring the neighbourhood

Guéliz is a district in the modern city, with shops and café terraces. The official Visit Marrakech guide also highlights its cultural life. Choose a walk, a café stop or a few shops according to your interests.

To keep the day enjoyable, pick one or two priorities. A coffee break can also be a chance to look at your route and decide what comes next, without unnecessary trips back and forth.

Add a visit if you would like one

If you would like to include Jardin Majorelle in your day, first check available times on its official website. The garden recommends booking ahead. You can then plan the rest of your day around that visit.

To compare different settings, our article on Marrakech gardens and a spa break offers pointers on Majorelle and Menara. There is no need to fit everything into one day.

Make room for your spa appointment

In Guéliz, Orélia welcomes visitors every day from 10 am to 10 pm, including those staying elsewhere. A short treatment and a longer ritual require different planning: check treatment durations and prices before choosing.

To combine hammam and massage, the Traditional Ritual lasts 1 hr 30, at 600 DH per person. Allow time for the journey and your welcome as well: the treatment duration is only part of the visit.

A day that is easy to organise

• Choose the activities that require a reservation first.
• Leave free time between sightseeing and your treatment.
• Check the route to the spa from your actual starting point.
• If you are visiting together, ask about availability before confirming your plans.

Our team can help with arrangements for your spa visit. Find Orélia’s contact details and location map to plan your arrival.
