Gift card terms
Orélia gift cards and vouchers let you offer a spa ritual. Enquiries are handled by our team on WhatsApp. Gift cards cannot be purchased or paid for on this website.
Purchase and delivery
Full payment is required at purchase. Our team explains the payment arrangements and provides the voucher once payment is confirmed. The voucher states the gifted ritual, its code and its expiry date.
Six-month validity
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. The treatment must take place by the expiry date shown on the voucher. After that date, the voucher is no longer valid.
Booking an appointment
Buying a voucher does not book an appointment. The recipient contacts the spa directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, quoting the voucher code. Appointments are confirmed subject to availability. No further deposit is required for the prepaid ritual.
Cancellation and refunds
Gift vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. This policy does not remove any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply to a distance purchase.
Changing the recipient
The recipient may be changed before the voucher is used. Contact our team with the voucher code and the new recipient’s name so that its record can be updated. Changing the recipient does not extend the voucher’s validity.
Choosing a higher-priced treatment
The recipient may choose a higher-priced treatment by paying the difference to the spa.
Use and tracking
The voucher is for one-time use. Reception checks its code and marks it as used after the treatment. If the voucher is lost or the recipient does not attend the appointment, it can no longer be used.
